Equipment description

First、 Description of box type multi-purpose furnace:

The box type multi-purpose furnace adopts electric heating, and the equipment is controlled by measuring, adjusting and controlling devices.

second、 There are three movement modes of workpiece

a) Oil quenching procedure without intermediate cooling: send the tray to the rear chamber → heat treatment and heating → the tray is pulled to the front chamber → sink into the oil tank for quenching.

b) Oil quenching procedure with intermediate cooling: send the material tray to the rear chamber → heat treatment and heating → the material tray is pulled to the front chamber (intermediate cooling) → the material tray is sent to the rear chamber again → the material tray is pulled to the front chamber → sink into the oil tank for quenching.

c) Gas cooled normalizing: the workpiece enters the furnace chamber for heating treatment → the workpiece is pulled to the front chamber for gas cooled normalizing.

third、 The movement process is as follows:

After opening the furnace door of the front room, load the workpiece into the front room with the mobile charging car and start the air exchange. After the air exchange, open the middle door and push the workpiece into the rear room by pushing the zipper inside. Each position of the tray is determined by the limit detection switch.

The medium needed for the heat treatment atmosphere is led into the furnace through the air inlet guide pipe installed on the furnace top. The gas supply device is installed on the side wall of the furnace.

An oxygen probe is installed on the furnace to measure the carbon potential. In order to make the atmosphere in the furnace uniform, a circulating fan is installed in the furnace.

Three thermocouples are installed in the heating room to control the furnace temperature. They are respectively used for furnace temperature control, over temperature alarm and safety temperature control.

After the heating process, the middle furnace door is slightly opened, the zipper is pushed inside to enter the rear chamber to grasp the material tray, and then the middle door is fully opened to pull the workpiece to the front chamber.

fourth、 Air cooled normalizing

During air cooling normalizing, in order to make the workpiece cool rapidly and evenly in the protective atmosphere and make the gas circulate, a circulating fan and an air guiding muffle are installed in the front chamber.

The circulating gas is cooled by the front chamber wall, and the heat generated is taken away by the quenching oil filled in the oil interlayer. After the cooling time is completed, the procedure is finished, and the material tray is pulled out of the furnace.

fifth、 No intercooling oil quenching

Before the middle door is opened, the lifting table is raised, and then the middle door is opened to quickly pull out the workpiece and drop it into the oil tank. In order to improve the cooling capacity of the oil, the oil tank is equipped with a two speed circulating agitator.

The lifting platform has two loading platforms. The loading platform is used for feeding and discharging of the heating furnace, and the loading platform is responsible for lowering the tray into the oil tank for quenching (the starting time of lowering is determined by the program). After quenching, the oil begins to drain, and then the workpiece is discharged from the furnace.

sixth、 With intercooling oil quenching

The first step is air-cooled normalizing (slow cooling), so that the workpiece can be cooled rapidly and evenly in the protective atmosphere. To make the gas circulate, the front chamber is equipped with a circulating fan and an air guiding muffle. The circulating gas is cooled by the front chamber wall, and the heat generated is taken away by the quenching oil filled in the oil interlayer. When the slow cooling time is up, open the middle door and push the workpiece into the rear chamber through the internal zipper.

After the heating process, before the middle door is opened, the lifting table rises, and then the middle door is opened to quickly pull out the workpiece and drop it into the oil tank. In order to improve the cooling capacity of the oil, the oil tank is equipped with a two speed circulating agitator.
